  1:30 - 2:30pm We will begin the Council Meeting with Tribal drumming, a Tribal prayer and a presentation from the Upper Columbia United Tribes on the 25th anniversary of the passage of the Northwest Power Act:  Opening ceremonies by Kalispel and Colville Tribes, and presentation by Upper Columbia United Tribes.  
1.  2:30 - 3:30pm Update on Fiscal Year 2007-2009 funding recommendations:  Doug Marker, director, fish and wildlife division; and Patty O’Toole, program implementation manager.
  • Council decision on Washington/Oregon shared provincial budget allocations
  • Summary of discussion with the Fish and Wildlife Committee including: Bonneville capital policy, Basinwide and Mainstem-on-the-ground/Multi-province update, and  Bonneville in-lieu determinations.
