This is the ISRP's preliminary review of the Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation (Colville Tribes) Step-Two submittals for the Chief Joseph Dam Hatchery Program, Project #2003-023-00. Before completing its Step-Two review, the ISRP requests a response from the project sponsors including presentation of results from the AHA/HSRG modeling effort and revision of the Master Plan to address issues raised in the ISRP Step-One review and in this review.
