On March 24, 2004, the ISRP and ISAB met with the Flathead
and Kootenai subbasin planners in Kalispell, Montana. The meeting provided
an opportunity for the subbasin planners to present their planning process
and results to aid the ISRP and ISAB in its review of the Flathead and
Kootenai subbasin plans this summer. The ISRP/ISAB/PRG reviewers were
favorably impressed with the presentation. The ISRP provides the attached
memo to capture some of the key impressions and issues identified at the
meeting to aid the planners in their final efforts.
