The Council created these review groups to support fish and wildlife decision-making processes.

		The Independent Scientific Advisory Board provides advice and recommendations on scientific and technical issues related to the Council's Fish and Wildlife Program, tribal fish and wildlife programs, and the NOAA Fisheries recovery program for Columbia River Basin salmonids. 		The Independent Scientific Review Panel reviews individual fish and wildlife projects funded by Bonneville Power Administration and makes recommendations on matters related to those projects. Council contact: Erik Merrill, 503-222-5161,
